When do my 24 hours start?

The moment your payment is confirmed. The countdown is kept on our server, so changing your phone's clock doesn't change it.

Is this a subscription?

No. It's one payment of ₹27 for 24 hours. Nothing renews automatically — you can enter again whenever you like.

What happens when the timer ends?

The Atelier, Private drops and member prices lock again. Your measurements, saved designs and requests stay in your account. Atelier pieces already in your bag can still be checked out.

How long do custom pieces take?

Every atelier piece is made to order — usually 10–14 days. You can follow it in Requests.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom pieces are made just for you. Please read our Refund Policy before ordering.

Shoulders	Measure from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
Bust	Measure under your arms, wrapping around the fullest part of your chest.

MEASUREMENT TIPS

Measure around your natural waistline.
Measure hips around the fullest part of the body.
Inseam is measured from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.
Outseam is measured from the top of the waistband to the hem.
If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger size.
