We only collect what is necessary to fulfill your order and optimize your fit.Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.Purpose: To process your order, deliver your garments via our logistics partners, and send transactional updates.Measurement & Fit Data: Height, weight, and fit preferences entered into our AI sizing engine.Purpose: To generate custom sizing recommendations.Financial Data: We do not store your credit card or UPI details. All payments are processed securely through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateways.Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction with our 3D/AI design tools.Purpose: To ensure the website functions correctly and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
3. THIRD-PARTY SHARING (OUR SUPPLY CHAIN)
GREYFORM operates a zero-inventory, tech-enabled supply chain. To deliver your product, we must share specific data with trusted partners:Manufacturing Partners (e.g., Qikink): We share your design files, garment size, and shipping address so your custom piece can be printed and shipped.Logistics Partners: We share your name, address, and phone number with delivery companies to ensure your package reaches you.Payment Processors: Transaction details are shared to authorize your payment.Note: We never sell your personal data to data brokers or advertising agencies.
4. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA PRINCIPAL
